How much is the service fee?
The service fee is 15% of the unit price.
How much is the accommodation tax?
The hotel reserves the right to charge an accommodation tax on the top of room charge, service charge and consumption tax based on the regulation authorized by Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Accommodation tax is applied as follows:
JPY 9,999 or lower: no tax to be applied
JPY 10,000 to JPY 14,999: JPY 100 to be applied
JPY 15,000 or higher: JPY 200 to be applied
Tax is applied by on a per person / per night basis.
The room charge figures stated above shall be the charge divided by person who occupies a room. For example, if the room is occupied by two people and the room charge is JPY 15,000 per person (JPY 30,000 as a total), JPY 400 (JPY 200 x 2) accommodation tax will be applied.
Are there any cancellation fees?
In accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions, the following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made after booking:
7 to 2 days before arrival: 40%
The day before arrival: 80%
On the day of arrival: 100%
No-show without notice: 100%

Any changes or cancellations must made directly through the travel agency or travel booking website you used to make your reservation.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit may be required in some certain cases. Please contact the hotel for further details.
Can I pay at a later date after my stay?
We do not accept post-payment, so please pay in advance or on the day of check in.
When do I pay for my stay?
If you have not paid in advance, please pay when you check in.
Can I request a specific type of bed, or a room on a higher floor etc.?
Please inquire about the bed type when making your reservation. We also accept requests for rooms on higher floors.
Can I get the room number in advance?
We are unable to inform you of your room number prior to the day of check-in.
I would like to invite friends to stay with me in the room. Can I pay in advance?
We accept bank transfers, payment upon visit, and online credit card payments.
If you would like to pay in advance, please contact us using the inquiry form so we can confirm the payment amount, payment date, etc.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my check-in date?

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We will store your luggage before check-in or after check-out on the day only. Please feel free to ask the front desk staff.
Please be sure to keep your valuables with you.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
There is a fee for both early check-in (before 3:00 p.m.) and late check-out (until 3:00 p.m.). This is subject to room availability on the day, so please contact staff to make a request. If your booked accommodation plan includes time restrictions, we are unable to accommodate your request. If you check out late after 3:00pm, an additional fee of one night will be charged.
What is the climate like in Japan?
The average annual temperature in Tokyo, Japan is about 15°C (59°F). It varies greatly depending on the season, with the average high temperature in summer (June to August) being about 31°C (87°F) and the average low temperature being about 23°C (73°F). In winter (December to February), the average high temperature is about 12°C (53°F) and the average low temperature is about 3°C (37°F).
Can I use the hotel facilities wearing nightwear (pajamas) and slippers?
We ask that you please wear nightwear (pajamas) and slippers only in your room.
Is there a dress code when dining at the hotel restaurants?
We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing tank tops, shorts, beach sandals, etc. at the restaurants.
Can guests make reservations for breakfast?
Reservations for breakfast can only be made by room service, and must be reserved the day before. Please contact us using the telephone in your room.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary requests?
We do our best to accommodate so that everyone can enjoy their meals. Please see here for information regarding food allergies.
Please inquire about vegetarian, vegan, and halal options. A special dietary menu is available for room service. Please check here for more information.
Regarding halal options, we can use some halal ingredients, but we cannot accommodate them in a dedicated kitchen or with dedicated cooking equipment.
・The restaurant and kitchen have not been certified halal by a third-party organization.
・The restaurant offers non-halal menus and alcoholic beverages for general customers.
Please contact us in advance if you have any inquiries regarding halal options.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Requests made after that may not be accommodated depending on the availability of ingredients, etc.
Can I visit the Executive Lounge to meet guests?
Guests visiting guests staying in suites or on the Executive Floor can use the Executive Lounge for a fee.
Breakfast: JPY 4,000, tea time: JPY 3,500, cocktail time: JPY 9,000
*Prices include consumption tax and service charge.
I will be staying on an anniversary date. Can you prepare flowers, cake, etc.?
Reservations are required, so please contact us via the inquiry form at least 5 days before your stay.
What should I do if I feel unwell?
An assistant manager is on duty 24 hours a day. Depending on the symptoms, we will call an ambulance or direct you to a hospital near the hotel, so you can rest assured.
Is there a convenience store inside the hotel?
There are no convenience stores inside the hotel, but there are several nearby.
Is there a microwave?
There is a microwave in the corner next to the front counter in the 1st floor lobby.
Is there a garden?
There is a Japanese garden located in Japanese Restaurant Genjikoh on the 5th floor. You are free to stroll through the garden, so please drop by during opening hours.
Is there a Teahouse?
There is a Teahouse located in Japanese Restaurant Genjikoh on the 5th floor. This facility is a dedicated rental space and you are welcome to view the exterior.
Are there changing rooms?
We have men’s and women’s changing rooms available on the 4th floor.
Are pets allowed?
The hotel only allows guide dogs, hearing dogs and other service dogs.
