How our hotel handles food allergies

Our hotel will do everything possible to accommodate guests with food allergies so that they can enjoy their meals.
Upon request, we will change some of our menu items to low-allergen options that do not contain the eight specified ingredients and the 20 items equivalent to specified ingredients.

  • Allergens
    • - 8 specified ingredients:

      Shrimp, crab, walnut, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanuts

    • - 20 items equivalent to specified ingredients:

      Seafood: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel
      Meat: beef, chicken, pork
      Fruit: orange, kiwi fruit, banana, peach, apple
      Others: almond, cashew nut, macadamia nut, sesame, gelatin, soybean, wild yam

  • Notes
    • Please be sure to check the following:
      1. The ingredients used are based on information from the manufacturer.
      2. We cannot accommodate banquet requests on the day of the event.
      3. As the dishes are cooked in the same kitchen as other menu items and the same cleaning equipment is used, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in during the cooking process.
        As a result, we cannot ensure that the dishes served are 100% allergy-free.
        For the safety of our customers, we may be forced to refuse your request if serious allergic reactions are expected.
